Why sell the art?
The assets are built for Project Mind first. But Mumbai as a game environment is under-represented in 2D asset libraries. If other developers can use these to tell their own stories, that feels worth doing.
Revenue from packs funds more sessions. More sessions = more art = more packs. The loop is intentional.
New packs drop slowly.
